GOALE Orientation Program
Gopher Orientation and Leadership Experience (GOALE) is an engaging, hands-on orientation experience designed to welcome first-year veterinary students to the college, the DVM program, and the veterinary profession.
Day 1 introduces students to the college’s facilities, resources, and provides important information about first-year logistics.
Days 2 focus on interactive sessions held on campus. During this day, students will participate in a variety of large and small group activities alongside faculty mentors and second and third year student mentors.

- Emotional intelligence
- Communication skills
- Conflict management
Class of 2030 GOALE Dates
